Cross-disciplinary culture-vulture, my style is hand-drawn and graphic. My interests lie in flexible brand systems using strong, clean designs to tell a powerful story. (Image Credit: Nadine Blinn)
My overarching interest in communications began in 2001 as a Gallery Assistant in Chelsea. My skills blossomed at a tiny nonprofit, The Himalayan Institute, where I initiated and formalized all communications protocols, earning the title Communications Manager before advancing to General Manager and leaving for graduate school. I obtained my MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University, focusing on the drivers of arts participation. My background in both fine art and marketing give me unique skills to forge connections between the Id of visual communication and the Ego of branding, as well as the tools to guide the collaborative process of creating a unique and effective visual identity.
